Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a severe genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs of close to 40,000 children and adults in the US. At this time there is no cure.
The XTREME HIKE is an endurance event that brings together individuals who love the outdoors and want to use their passion to do good, specifically cure cystic fibrosis. Each year, Xtreme hikers take to the Appalachian Trail in North Carolina to traverse 30.1 miles in ONE day! We do hard things to make life easier for those who live with CF.
Your purchase of an item from this campaign will help us get to our 2026 Spring Xtreme Hike fundraising goal, but also to our ultimate goal - to make CF stand for Cure Found!
