This design is intentionally layered in color and shape, not clean or perfectly defined. As forms overlap and flow into one another, and as colors move beyond their edges, it reflects the way our lives and our families take shape: complex, nuanced, and never just one thing.

Each of us carries many parts, experiences, and stories that do not fit neatly into lines or boxes. Our children do, too. None of it needs to be smoothed out or made smaller to be worthy.

This year's design is a reminder to celebrate differences as they show up in real life - in families, in classrooms, and in communities - layered, imperfect, and beautifully human, and to recognize that every person belongs, just as they are.
