The purpose of the Sunshine Committee is to celebrate and spread goodwill throughout the staff at Metro Deaf School. Our school operates as a family, and we want to celebrate, mourn, and be there alongside one another as we walk through different seasons of life. We spread sunshine many ways, a few examples are: gift cards to help you celebrate a recent wedding or baby, financial assistance in hard times, memorials for loved ones who have passed, or a potted plant to remember how much growth you made while at MDS. Purchasing a shirt through this campaign will help the Sunshine Committee to continue to shine light to all the staff at Metro Deaf School.

Orange and Blue - MDS current school colors

Purple and Light Green - MDS?s very first school colors

Red - not including white and black - one of MDS school colors 

Dark Green - MNSA?s school colors 

Yellow - Sunshine committee and of course representing happiness and hope.
