Recent research from the University of Exeter showed that birds make people feel better. It was reported that the more birds people saw in the afternoon the happier they felt, lowering their depression and anxiety. I can definitely agree with these findings because birds have helped me tremendously with my anxiety and depression. I'm not alone, many people tell me how good watching birds in the garden makes them feel. Since birds make people feel so good, I decided this cute shirt design was a must. :-)
