Thank you for supporting Books on Main! We've launched this apparel campaign to help during the slow winter months and every purchase is SO appreciated!
Our bookstore pigeons are a big part of our store and Sweet Pea is actually the inspiration for our logo! Opal and Onyx were rescued here in Wisconsin, but Sweet Pea and Sylvester were both rescued from Chicago by Great Lakes Pigeon Rescue.
In honor of all of the work GLPR does to help these under-appreciated birds, we are donating 10% of the profits from this campaign to help GLPR continue their wonderful work of rescuing and caring for non-releasable pigeons.
