Bridges of Hope, Edmarc's perinatal program, supports parents who have received a life-threatening or life-limiting diagnosis for their child in utero. Social workers walk with these families to ensure they have the support they need. Services can include emotional support for the whole family, memory making activities, birth plan assistance, community resource assistance, assistance in transitioning home after birth, bereavement support and funeral planning, and volunteer services. Should a baby arrive home and need further medical support, Edmarc nurses are available to transition them into our home health or hospice program.
