Hi, we are the Jacobs family, and we are raising funds for our son, Carson.

Carson is 3 years old and was diagnosed with Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS) at birth, a rare genetic condition that affects multiple areas of development. Despite the challenges he faces, Carson is a joyful, resilient little boy who works incredibly hard every single day just to do the things many take for granted.

Recently, our family lost Medicaid coverage, which has made it extremely difficult to afford the medical care and therapies Carson depends on. Many of his medical necessities are no longer covered, and the costs have quickly become overwhelming.

In January 2026, Carson is scheduled to undergo a multi-procedure surgery that is medically necessary for his health and well-being. In addition to this surgery, Carson requires ongoing therapies including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, and DHH services, as well as frequent specialty appointments to support his development and quality of life.

We are asking for help during this incredibly difficult time. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:

- Carson?s upcoming surgery and related medical expenses

- Ongoing therapies that help him grow, communicate, and thrive

- Future specialist visits and medical needs
