Costello Syndrome Family Network (CSFN) is an active network of families engaged in creating awareness of this rare disease and support for those affected by it. CSFN works nonstop to help those affected by Costello syndrome live their best possible lives with the best support and information available. Since Costello Syndrome is so rare, we know that sharing awareness increases knowledge available to researchers and lessens the burden of navigating the complex world of developmental and physical challenges. CSFN hosts a biennial research and family conference to bring families together with other families, researchers, and experts on Costello syndrome. The next conference is scheduled to take place in the summer of 2027. All profits from the sale of these shirts will help with the costs of the conference.
