About this campaign
We got the idea for these shirts after we noticed Yuki, our big, fluffy, white pup, running around and looking a bit clumsy. X-rays revealed hip dysplasia. After already racking up well over $1,000 in medical bills for him (since he was being given away by his family and had no vetting), we immediately started thinking of ways to raise money for possible surgery. This shirt was born! It features a Yuki-inspired sighthound and is the perfect winter design. Fast forward to now, we had a consult with a specialist which revealed surgery is not necessary for Yuki. Because he is young, pain-free, and his "clumsiness" is not hindering, joint supplements will do the trick! So, we still decided to release this shirt as a tribute to Yuki. He represents what Greyhounds in Motion is all about -- helping those who need it most. We can't imagine where this big love bug would have ended up had Sasha not gone and picked him up the day after Hurricane Milton.
Thank you to Peighton Cook, our friend & adopter, for another fabulous design!
