Then mix in today's dramatically heightened competitive school environment. Well, there you have it: the key ingredients for a teen mental health crisis. With mental illnesses reported at record highs, scientists predict mental health to be the next global pandemic.

The good news is that we don't have to just stand by and watch as our teens struggle. We can help by making certain powerful mental health and suicide prevention programs such as Our Minds Matter ("OMM") make their way into middle and high schools everywhere.

Proceeds from your purchase will go directly towards funding OMM, an innovative and powerful school-based, student led program centered on mental wellness; providing a safe space where students can build connection, community and practice self-care. OMM clubs create a culture of understanding, mental health awareness and suicide prevention. OMM is offered to middle and high schools throughout Montgomery County, Maryland free of charge thanks to the efforts of the Devon C. Rubenstein Foundation ("DCRF"). There are OMM clubs in 20 high schools and 15 middle schools in Montgomery County, Maryland with the number growing each year.
