On August 17th, my mom discovered a lump on her right breast. Nineteen days later, she was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma.
Over the last 3 weeks, she has already been to more doctor's appointments than I can count. Mammograms, ultrasounds, biopsies, PET scans, MRIs - the list goes on. Even with medical insurance, the out of pocket medical expenses quickly add up, and the journey is only just beginning.
Every prayer, kind word, and donation lifts a piece of the weight off of her shoulders, and we are so grateful for the love and support surrounding her right now,

In addition to raising money to support my mom, I hope these t-shirts also spread awareness to the women in your lives. Breast cancer does not discriminate. It is not only genetic, and it does not only affect women of a certain age or demographic.
Advocate for yourself. Schedule mammograms early and often. And if life happens and you miss those appointments, let this be a reminder: your fight will never be fought alone.
