The Finian Summit Foundation was established in memory of Fin, a brave heart warrior, who touched the lives of countless people.

Through this 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are carrying forward his legacy of love, strength, and resilience?supporting patients and caregivers navigating the difficult journey of Congenital Heart Defects (CHD). Though far too short, Fin?s life continues to inspire us to make a lasting difference, one heart at a time.

To honor and support those affected by CHD by providing resources, advocacy, and care for patients and caregivers. We aim to raise awareness, offer emotional and financial support, and create a network of strength and understanding for all those navigating the challenges of CHD.
