Salmon are critical to the physical, cultural and spiritual wellbeing of native people and communities. Our organization, Salmon Defense, is focused on protecting and restoring healthy salmon populations so they can continue to provide for the lifeways and wellbeing of tribal people. We are creating an education and communication campaign to reach out and connect broadly with all people who call the Pacific Northwest home.
