Hi Friends and Family!

Do you know that 1 in 100 babies are born with a Congenital Heart Defect and there is no cure?! We are gearing up to walk in our annual Cleveland Heart Walk to support all of the CHD angels and warriors!

We have been told that our friends and family LOVE these shirts and are in need of new ones! We are RELAUNCHING for you! PJ is once again in a longer hospital stay, around 6 week. This Heart Warrior shirt for PJ continues to support him in his journey as a strong heart warrior when it comes to medical expenses and his needs of daily medications to get him growing until his next surgery! AND OF COURSE to raise awareness for Congenital Heart Defects. 

This campaign is for P.J. to continue receiving the best care possible at the Cleveland Clinic as he continues his fight against CHD! By wearing these shirts we stand united in supporting this cause.
