There is a problem with my order, now what?

A: You need to contact Bonfire directly if there is a problem with your order received. To do this, visit Bonfire's Contact Us page, scroll to the bottom and press the button that says, "I have an issue with my order." Follow the prompts to submit your inquiry/complaint/concern and Bonfire will take care of the rest!

There is a clear outline on my product, what is that?!

A. Some of our products are printed with DTG printing. Sometimes, DTG-printed products can arrive with a rectangular marking outlining where the fabric was treated before printing. This marking comes out in the wash, so supporters should wash their product (according to the care instructions on the tag) to get rid of those marks if there are any! If you still see any issues after washing, you can request a replacement in the account from the Contact Page or they can reach out to Bonfire directly.
