There is a lady in Kuwait that assists some of the USA rescue groups caring and prepping the dogs for export out of Kuwait. She saves so many animals in Kuwait. If you feel in your heart to help her financially please donate as she runs on a shoestring budget. She needs any help she can get.

For Puppy Rescue Mission she is taking care of 4 Soldier rescue puppies found in the desert in Kuwait. All 4 puppies have homes with the soldiers in the USA but they cannot get to the USA for 4 months due to CDC regulations. These puppies have had some medical issues to battle which without the help of her they would have surely died.

She is also assisting Mission K9 Rescue get 46 retired working dogs to the USA.

"Mission K9 Rescue was asked to take in 45 retired working dogs from Kuwait, bring them safely to the United States, provide medical care and rehabilitation, and ultimately find them loving homes. Making that possible requires an enormous amount of coordination and paperwork on both sides of the world, from exit clearances in Kuwait to import requirements in the United States. We could never have accomplished this without the incredible help of our friend Alissar from Save a Soul Kuwait. Out of pure kindness and compassion, Alissar went far above and beyond, handling mountains of paperwork, coordinating veterinary visits, preparing every dog for travel, and, along with other volunteers personally getting the dogs to the airport, checked in, and safely on their way. With more dogs still to come, she continues to work tirelessly behind the scenes, giving her time, energy, and heart to help these heroes finally make it home.

Alissar does all of this while also running her own rescue in Kuwait, Save a Soul Kuwait, and like so many rescuers, she is struggling financially while putting every resource she has into saving lives. Because we could not have completed this mission without her, we want to give back by creating this fundraiser to support Alissar and her rescue. This is our way of saying thank you, helping ease the financial burden she carries, and shining a light on the incredible work being done for dogs in need in Kuwait."
