My son, caden, is currently three years old and has hypoplastic left heart syndrome. it is a single ventricle chd and requires at least three open heart surgeries. he?s had the first two and is expected to receive the third next year. this year we are participating in our third heart walk organized by the AHA. in order to fund some donations we designed these shirts to help raise money, all funds will be donated to the american heart association!
