Our goal is very simple, through donations, we will purchase apartments and buildings to provide housing for residents and businesses that support the infrastructure of the city. These properties are held by the non-profit to keep prices affordable. Affordable housing and business rents will allow for Artisans to make a living and contribute to the culture of Venice.

As a Non-Profit 501c3 charity, we can provide these living spaces and business locations for reasonable rents and reinvest that money into purchasing more buildings and protecting them. This will slowly build back the community to become a thriving city again.

Protecting these buildings from excessive profits is critical to the survival of Venice.

This is a huge project and will take a tremendous amount of funds. Collectively, we can make this happen. There are millions of people around the world that love this city. We have to get the word out. Once we get our first building, we will be able to gain momentum. This is the biggest hurdle.
