All proceeds from this campaign support the Jacques P?pin Foundation's mission. The JPF works to enrich lives and strengthen communities through the power of culinary education. By awarding grants to workforce development organizations offering free training to disenfranchised adults, and by using social media to get more of Jacques' masterful culinary technique training to more people, the JPF is working to cement Jacques' legacy as the world's greatest culinary educator.
