In one of the oldest versions of the Medusa story, she was assaulted in a temple and then punished for it. Instead of holding the person who harmed her accountable, the story turned her into the problem.
That pattern still exists. Women and survivors are still asked what they wore, why they were there, why they didn?t leave sooner, or why they spoke up later. The focus shifts to their behavior instead of the harm done to them.
This design calls that out directly. Responsibility belongs with the person who caused the violence. Not the person who survived it.
We are justifiably FURIOUS.
