In early 2010 Logan was diagnosed with the rare and fatal genetic disorder, Sanfilippo Syndrome. Although the life expectancy for Sanfilippo Sydrome is mid to late teens Logan is still living his best life with his family, all while spreading awareness and trying to find a cure and treatment options for future children diagnosed with Sanfilippo Syndrome.
