We cultivate awareness, empower conscious choice, and ignite vision-driven action through immersive live and virtual experiential learning, supported by a connected and purpose-driven community.

Our mission is to support individuals in redesigning how they see themselves, how they lead, and how they show up in the world?so they can create lives of meaning, impact, and fulfillment.

Core Trainings

Our Leadership and Personal Development program is built on a powerful three-part curriculum designed to create lasting transformation:

Part One: Awareness

Participants develop deep self-awareness?recognizing patterns, beliefs, and perspectives that shape their lives. Awareness creates the foundation for intentional growth and authentic leadership.

Part Two: Breakthrough

This phase is about possibility. Students learn to move beyond limitations, generate new ways of being, and step into bold, vision-driven action. Breakthroughs open the door to transformation.

Masterful Living: Creating New Practices

Transformation becomes sustainable through practice. Students design new habits, mindsets, and ways of living that support continued growth, integrity, and purpose long after the training ends.

Workshops

Personal growth is a lifelong journey.

In addition to our core trainings, Redesign Trainings offers ongoing workshops that deepen learning, reinforce new practices, and provide continued support for leadership and personal development in real-world life.

These workshops are designed to meet students where they are?offering tools, insight, and community as they continue to evolve.
