After years of supporting Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) from afar, we are excited to announce that we are officially missionaries with MAF, assigned to serve in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)! It has been a long journey to get here, and God has been with us every step of the way, preparing us to serve. Jake will serve as a Pilot Specialist, and I (Jennifer) will focus on the ministry of the home by homeschooling and practicing hospitality.

MAF?s purpose is to see isolated people changed by the love of Christ by working together to bring help, hope, and healing through aviation, and we are excited that God is using us to fulfill this purpose. We are confident that God is going to provide for our ministry needs, and we know that God chooses to accomplish His will through people like your family and our family. The proceeds from this campaign will be used to help us reach our one-time outgoing goal as well as our solar and vehicle initiatives.

The front of our designs features our Michels on Mission logo, created by Jake. The back of the shirt features an outline of the Democratic Republic of the Congo with the words "Will Fly for Jesus." We have also included the link and a qr code to our web page.

MAF missionaries raise support for a pooled fund out of which MAF covers salary, housing, benefits, and staff-related ministry expenses. MAF exercises discretion over the use of missionary support to carry out its mission and care for its staff. n
