OCD is often misunderstood as being ?neat? or ?organized,? but for many of us, it?s an exhausting cycle of intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and compulsions that can take over daily life. I created this design because I live with OCD myself and know how invisible and isolating it can feel.

This shirt is about challenging the stereotypes and bringing real awareness to what OCD actually is; not a quirk, not a joke, and not a choice.

A portion of proceeds from this campaign will be donated to 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, to support mental health resources and crisis care for those who need it most.
