The Bread Bakers Guild of America is an independent and creative group of current and aspiring bakery owners, professional bakers, cottage operators, ingredient and equipment suppliers, educators, students, and more. We are dedicated to producing great baked goods and committed to the health of our businesses, workers, and communities.  The mission of the Guild is to support the sustainability and prosperity of the craft baking industry through education, training and community building. We envision a world in which small, independent craft bakeries, and working bakers, can thrive.
