Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center

The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center conserves and protects sea turtles through protecting nesting female turtles, their nests, and their hatchlings; rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing sick and injured sea turtles; educating the public about the plight of sea turtles and the threat of their extinction; and providing learning opportunities for students of biology, wildlife conservation, and veterinary medicine from around the world. KBSTRRC is located in Surf City and on Topsail Island, North Carolina.
