KC English Bulldog Rescue is a nonprofit organization. They are headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.
KCEBR is a 501(c)3 dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming English and French Bulldogs in need. Each year KCEBR welcomes 75-100 bulldogs, and ultimately incurs medical expenses ranging from $125,000 to $150,000.
KCEBR:
fosters in the homes of our volunteers as we do not have a physical facility;
addresses medical, social and behavioral needs to prepare each dog for their forever homes;
educates the community regarding specific care needs of Bulldogs, and related topics such as overbreeding, and puppy mills.
The average cost to bring a rescue bulldog back to health is $1000. Rescue bulldogs come from various sources including owner surrender, breeder release or ?downsizing?, and shelters. KCEBR is 100% volunteer operated with no paid staff.We owe our success to KCEBR?s 50-75 devoted volunteers who help with events, transport and applications-all united by a shared love for these wonderful bulldogs!
