Moveable Feast

For over 30 years, Moveable Feast has been making and delivering meals at no cost to people who are unable to access, prepare or afford nutritious food. Moveable Feast was founded in 1989 by a group of volunteers delivering home-cooked meals to people living with HIV in Baltimore City. Over time, Moveable Feast has widened our service area to Baltimore County and 14 counties, begun producing medically tailored meals in our own production kitchen to meet our client?s evolving medical and nutritional needs, and expanded services to people with chronic illness and co-morbidities.

Our mission is to improve the health of Marylanders experiencing food insecurity and chronic illness by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals and providing nutrition education, thereby achieving racial, social, and health equity.
