When I was diagnosed with Parkinson?s disease two years ago I was scared and if I am honest sometimes I?m still scared. One of the things that helped ease my fears was the resources I found through the Parkinson?s Foundation. Knowledge is power and the tools and resources provided through their foundation helped me to find hope. I am very fortunate to have the loving support of family and friends as well as a great medical team that has supported me through these last few years. They have given me so much and I would like to take the time to now give back to others by raising funds Parkinson?s Foundation to assist with their ongoing research and many community initiatives.
