If you didn?t have the chance to meet my father before he passed, you should know that he was the biggest Red Sox fan I?ve ever known.
One of my last memories with him happened in the hospital. When I walked into his room, I asked if he wanted to watch the Red Sox game with me. He opened his eyes, smiled, and said, ?Sure.? We watched that game together. It was the last time I heard him speak. He passed away just a few days later after that random baseball day in July.
Fast forward two and a half years.
During a cold winter storm, I found myself stranded in a small motel during a blizzard. Lying there, it was hard to believe there were only 40 days until Opening Day at Fenway Park. That?s when the idea came to me.
In honor of the 2026 baseball season and one of the Red Sox? biggest fans, Shaun Meaney, I created this baseball-themed t-shirt.
50% of all proceeds will be donated directly to the Red Sox Foundation.
