The Sanctuary at NE Ohio Greyhound Rescue provides premier, lifetime care to horses, cats and hounds in dire straits. Some are animals of advanced age, with medical issues and/or behavioral problems. Some are subjects of former abuse, neglect, and indifference. Some faced certain death or were overlooked by others. While many of our Sanctuary animals are from the United States, we transport and care for animals from other countries as well. We currently care for 32 senior and/or special needs animals. Most have chronic but manageable medical conditions but their monthly medication and veterinary costs are quite high. No animal is ever denied treatment because of lack of resources. We strive to give these animals a high quality of life, surrounded in comfort and love. CAN YOU HELP US HELP THEM?
