Saturday, October 29 is National Pit Bull Awareness Day and at EHS - we LOVE our ?Pitbull type? dogs. Did you know? "Pit Bull" isn't a specific breed, but rather refers to several breeds characterized by common physical features. These dogs are often misunderstood and misjudged because of stereotypes or their appearance. Any dog can become aggressive regardless of their breed. With some education, we can encourage others to look beyond the negative stereotypes and begin to love and appreciate these blocky-headed babies with their huge smiles, and sloppy kisses.
