Growing up on the Navajo Nation reservation in Northern Arizona the outdoors was my playground. One area that I enjoyed visiting is Canyon De Chelly National Monument and was amazed by it's best known feature Spider Rock which rises more than 700ft from the canyon floor. In Navajo stories this is the home of Spider Woman who taught the Din? (Navajo) weaving and the Beauty Way.
