The ?She?s THAT Girl? Empowerment Conference is designed to create a space for middle school and high school girls to be empowered through interactive breakout sessions that provide dialogue around topics that teenage girls typically struggle with, including mental and emotional health, self-confidence, friendships, relationships, peer pressure, identity, etc.

The goal of this conference is to facilitate an environment that encourages participants to have fun while having courageous conversations for them to connect, learn, reflect, grow, and be empowered in their journey. Conference attendees will leave feeling like they're THAT girl!  

In addition to creating space for teen girls, we will also have programming and resources for guardians such as break-out sessions, a 'Parent Panel' and a vendor resource fair.

This is an annual conference facilitated in North Carolina by Quinandria Lee, Clinical Mental Health Therapist and School Counselor. She envisions facilitating this safe space with teen girls in various cities across the country!
