Addie was born with a rare genetic disorder called Williams syndrome. Williams syndrome affects the heart, thyroid levels, GI difficulties, delayed gross & fine motor skills, cognitive delays, and other health difficulties. She has 2 open heart surgeries, one at 5 months old and one at 15 months old. Our goal is to spread awareness about Williams syndrome in hopes to have more research done, & have no acceptance for our community. People with Williams syndrome are so loving, kind and gentle. They have an infectious personality and smile, and that is our Addie and why we started Adeline smiles.
