Chesapeake Hot Yoga is the oldest and most experienced yoga studio in all of Southeast Virginia. We offer a wide variety of classes, hot and non-heated, gentle, power classes, as well as prenatal and restorative. We have something for everyone regardless of age, shape, or level of experience. All of our teachers have been through rigorous training and certifications (RYT 200 or higher). You will learn and practice yoga in the most traditional method. Our instructors teach and uphold the philosophy that yoga is a healing science developed to keep the body fit from the inside out.
