Concerned that millions of descendants of indigenous Nations of the Americas have suffered from historic injustices as a result of, inter alia, war, denationalization/ detribalization, colonization, enslavement, dispossession of lands/territories, resources and peoples; thus, for over five centuries, preventing innumerable generations of a vast people from exercising their right to growth and development in accordance with our own needs, interests and ancestral ways of life!
