Let Grace In is an Oahu 501(c)(3) who?s mission is to Restore Hope. We support families after the death of a child for any reason. These families include loss for any reason, from the perinatal period through young adulthood. Our charity offers guidance toward grief resources, provides new grief resources/education and offers Hope Retreats. Let Grace In was established in 2017 by a bereaved Honolulu couple in honor of their 5-year-old son, Grayson who died 1/22/16 from an aggressive brain cancer called Glioblastoma Multiforme. On March 6, 2019 Let Grace In?s application was approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3). Since December 2018, families of LGI have been meeting monthly to share a meal and join in a healing group activity. These monthly meets have served as mini-retreats, offering a day for family-to-family community building. The HOPE RETREAT is an opportunity for families suffering similar loss to spend a long weekend connecting and engaging in activities promoting wellness. La'au Lapa'au, Lomi Lomi, Meditation, Group Support, pet therapy, Yoga, Healing Touch, Arts, and each other make for a holistic healing experience. We provide families support in a safe environment, help freshen up their self-care tool kit & build community around them. We believe in collaboration & have been working with existing non-profit organizations, bereavement professionals, and mind, body, spirit, cultural healing practitioners. Together with the larger Oahu community, our goal is to offer a space to recover the strength of mind, body, and spirit with ALOHA. Big Mahalo for all your love and support.
