This Advent season, I?ve been reflecting on some of the most joyful lines in Christmas hymns, carols, and Scripture?words that bring encouragement despite what?s happening in the world, in the lives of those I love, or in my own heart.

I started with one line from O Holy Night that has more meaning to me the longer I live: ?The weary world rejoices.? How true that feels. The world has always known weariness?but still, there is so much reason to rejoice.

Keep singing the song and you?ll hear:

?Long lay the world in sin and error pining,

til He appeared and the soul felt its worth.?

What a line. What a truth. There is so much reason to be joyful. Christ came to redeem us, and because of Him, our souls know their worth.

So this year, as I encounter more hope-filled words, you?ll see more pieces appearing in the shop?simple, meaningful designs meant to share hope and point back to the One who gives comfort and joy.
