Race Shirts & Community Fundraiser Race shirts are not included with race registration and are offered separately as a limited-edition fundraising campaign.
Why a Shirt Fundraiser? Due to repeated vetoes of state funding that previously supported the Rebel Run 5K and Black History Month programming, community-led fundraising is now essential to sustain this race and protect cultural celebrations in Historic Hannibal Square.
Proceeds from shirt purchases help:
- Offset essential race production costs
- Support Black cultural and historical programming
- Preserve Black history events in Hannibal Square
- Ensure the Rebel Run 5K continues beyond 2026
