TheTurtleRoom is an organization dedicated to the conservation of and education about tortoises and freshwater turtles. To save these amazing species, theTurtleRoom works with both wild populations and develops captive assurance colonies. To teach others, theTurtleRoom produces content across a wide variety of platforms including in-person events and as a leader in social media education and outreach. They also produce two educational video podcasts: The Pondcast and CheloniaCast.
