Hi, it?s Erisse! ?

I created the YOUR POLITICAL APATHY SUCKS campaign out of frustration with the current political climate in the U.S. It?s easy to feel overwhelmed and powerless. Too often, those feelings turn into apathy for some, while others may not have been politically engaged to begin with. This campaign is my way of encouraging more thought, conversation, and action because staying engaged matters.

Right now, I?m fundraising for Freedom for Immigrants, an immigrant-led, abolitionist organization committed to ending immigration incarceration. They organize alongside leaders directly impacted by immigration detention, their families, and communities across the country to advance a liberatory vision of abolition. Their work is guided by the wisdom and leadership of people who have experienced detention firsthand because those directly impacted are the heart of the movement and the true experts in the fight for collective liberation. 100% of the proceeds from my shirts are going directly to Freedom For Immigrants. I am not personally taking any profit from this campaign.

For me, this work is about turning frustration into tangible support, amplifying impacted voices, and helping build a future rooted in dignity, accountability, and liberation.
