Communication can break down in various conditions ? cannot hear because it is too loud, too many voices in a room, not face to face, and talking too fast. Talk Slow Day is for people with neurological communication disorders like aphasia caused by stroke, head trauma, brain tumor, brain infection, or diseases like multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, or cerebral palsy. BUT remember, don?t talk like a baby.
