Childhood cancer research is severely underfunded. While we fight to change that, we will fundraise as much as we can towards innovative pediatric cancer ourselves with our own community.

We chose to have the proceeds from this design to go directly to Unravel Pediatric Cancer, a certified nonprofit who is fully dedicated to funding directly to the researchers who need funds to continue on their path to a cure. In the traditional funding model, researchers cannot be nimble. If their research leads them to a new and important finding, they cannot redirect funds from other grants to pursue this promising information. THAT is where Unravel comes in. They eliminate the obstacles and barriers by providing unrestricted funding to help researchers translate ideas into new therapies. This is SO important and KEY to getting us new and better treatment options for our kids.

Unravel has a Scientific Review Committee compiled of current pediatric research scientists, members of a pediatric research consortium, pharmaceutical industry scientists, and clinical trial coordinators. These individuals are positioned to help Unravel identify innovative pediatric cancer scientists who are doing the promising work that would benefit most from Unravel's direct funding.

We hope you love this personal design that both Charlie and I created together with her very own handwriting and designs!
