Sydney was rescued from the San Bernardino City, CA animal shelter on August 20th, 2019 and she was already pregnant. She was so incredibly matted that it was pinching her skin and her ears looked like they had rocks of cement growing at the ends. She was covered in hundreds of fleas and was clearly someone's outdoor dog.
Camp Cocker Rescue saved Sydney, got her cleaned up and x-rays and ultrasound to determine about when she might give birth. She gave birth to her eight puppies on May 5th and we are celebrating Sydney's fresh start in life with these "Team Sydney" shirts!
Not only did Sydney get her fresh start in life but her eight puppies will never know the inside of an animal shelter.
