Thanks to an incredible team effort and rescue partnerships that truly save lives, soon even more Texas dogs will begin a brand-new chapter, safely away from the State of Texas, where they have been overbred, mistreated, and unvalued.

We cannot say this enough: we are unbelievably lucky to work alongside trusted rescue partners from Wisconsin and Minnesota (where there is a true shortage of bulldog breeds!!), who share the same standards, care, and commitment to doing right by these dogs.

From careful planning and constant monitoring, every single detail matters when transporting bulldogs.

These dogs are not cargo.

They are lives, and they deserve to be handled with intention and respect every step of the way.

And, all of that care, including vaccines, full vet workups, climate-controlled comfort vehicles, gasoline, and airline tickets for our volunteer drives to return home safely, is EXPENSIVE!!

Texas continues to face a devastating overpopulation crisis.

Shelters are overcrowded, resources are stretched thin, and amazing dogs are at risk every single day simply because there are not enough homes or space.

Transport partnerships like this are not optional.

They are critical.

They create breathing room.

They give dogs a chance they would not otherwise have.

Because of these collaborations, trust, and a whole lot of coordination, these dogs will be able to head somewhere safe.

Somewhere, they will be seen, properly treated, and loved.

Somewhere, their future finally gets a fair shot.
