The year was 2016, and I was trying to gain a better understanding of what my congenital heart defects really were. I learn best through hands-on visualization. With a sketch pad and a few hours of dedication, this design was created. Since then, over 100 shirt prints have been sent across the U.S., spreading CHD awareness. Not a dime has ever entered my pockets; instead, it goes directly to the selected organization linked to the fundraisers. My hope is to bring light into the darkness that so often accompanies CHD. Every day is a battle for every beat, but in that battle, God helps us overcome the odds!
