Kerfuffle is the only Chicago-based theatre company dedicated to creating original plays for children aged 0-6 years old and their families. Since our establishment in 2015, Kerfuffle has developed playful, multi-sensory theatre in non-traditional performance spaces such as libraries, museums, parks, and community centers. Our mission is to make theatre accessible to young children both geographically and financially. To achieve this, we present our work through a pay-what-you-can admission model, ensuring that our plays are accessible to as many families as possible. Kerfuffle has created nine original plays that have been shared with over 3,500 children and families in four states.
