Easterseals Central Illinois used to bring campers out for just a week back when it was a scout camp called "Camp Heffernan." Easterseals bought the property in 1989, renaming it Timber Pointe Outdoor Center. Easterseals campers can be seen in our beloved metal canoes in pictures from the 50's & 60's!
