Hi there! I'm Forrest. I'm a scientist, an educator, and a youth speaker. I make science videos on the internet and speak at high schools, libraries, and colleges to teach people of all ages to love science and themselves. As an educator and content creator, I combine mind-blowing science lessons, exciting demonstrations, and life-changing motivational messages to make an impact on my audience. My goal is to educate and inspire my way into building a better world. I pride myself on delivering science lessons that are truly thought-provoking, speeches that are uniquely inspiring, and performances that are just plain awesome. To date, the majority of my work has been free and publicly available. I'd like to keep it that way.

There are just two big problems holding me back:

1. I live in Oklahoma, which is known for being unkind to teachers, scientists, secular folks, and basically everything else that I am. It's been tough getting started here.

2. I periodically need to eat food. I've tried avoiding it and it just doesn't work out for me.

I would like to dedicate more of my time to teaching people about this beautifully strange universe we live in, fostering hope and a sense of humanity, stamping out bias and ignorance, and building a global community. I would also like to offer more free shows to local schools in need and to record more cool videos for people to share. For any of that to happen, however, you and I will need to work together.
